The whole experience of replacing a roof was smooth and seamless. Jeremy was able to come out the next day when we came home to a leaking roof. He gave me a honest explanation of what we needed and how the damage was being caused. He explained everything and let us know what it would take to fix. The crew was able to come out in a very timely matter and their work was impeccable. Not one scrap was left behind, which was huge for us with a two year old constantly running around the yard. If I could give Mann Construction 10 stars I would. After multiple calls for roof estimates and receiving ones from the ridiculous to the more ridiculous and many companies that didn’t even bother to call back we found this company and thank goodness we did. We needed a complete tear off on our house and garage. Jeremy scheduled an appointment right away and was prompt, courteous and very professional. We were given an estimate that was very reasonable and also spelled out what extras there might be once they got down to the wood. On our scheduled day they showed up on time and went right to work. Watching this crew work was more than impressive, the way they worked and cleaned up showed what an incredible work ethic they have as well as respect for our property.
