If I could give Mann Construction 10 stars I would. After multiple calls for roof estimates and receiving ones from the ridiculous to the more ridiculous and many companies that didn’t even bother to call back we found this company and thank goodness we did. We needed a complete tear off on our house and garage. Jeremy scheduled an appointment right away and was prompt, courteous and very professional. We were given an estimate that was very reasonable and also spelled out what extras there might be once they got down to the wood. On our scheduled day they showed up on time and went right to work. The whole experience of replacing a roof was smooth and seamless. Jeremy was able to come out the next day when we came home to a leaking roof. He gave me a honest explanation of what we needed and how the damage was being caused. He explained everything and let us know what it would take to fix. The crew was able to come out in a very timely matter and their work was impeccable. Not one scrap was left behind, which was huge for us with a two year old constantly running around the yard. They were able to do the whole roof in one day! It looks great and now we don’t have to worry about leaks. Such a great company!

I had a great experience with Mann for a tear off and reroof job. The showed up a couple days earlier than estimated after calling to confirm. Started at 8 and were done by 3, taking great care of my property, doing exactly what was specified in the contract and more, looks great, cut grass two days after job and finding no debris – hard to do after a tear off.
